Rear View Mirror Flashbacks (Karen & Clay Crook): October 13, 2022Tonight’s focus was on the 46 trophies won by MLCCC members during various summer car events. Karen brought a detailed printed list to share with anyone interested in who/what/where.

Karen Crook reminded us that the club in 1974 was originaly called the "Basin Horseless Carriage Club of Moses Lake".

Karen also shared about how club members used to share tools of which the Crook's still have the clubs engine hoist & stand for loan. (It is now stored in Paul Boehm's Shed.)

Karen remembers that when they joined the club in 1987, it was a very organized group with lots of tours, picnics, visits to restaurants in neighboring towns.

Bill Anderson reminisced about the early days of the club: car shows, an overnight trip to Canada which included wine tours, a visit to Grand Coulee and lunch at a hot rod café. He said they met up with a Canadian car club and had a wonderful time sharing and traveling together.
